Text messages are sent by Positano Paving. Every message identifies Positano Paving as the sender.

Positano Paving uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our residential paving, commercial paving, commercial snow removal services, and other services as provided to clients. Messages may include:

  • Quotes and quote follow-ups
  • Estimates
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Crew arrival reminders
  • Job updates, including scheduling and weather-related changes
  • Snow event notifications, such as plowing, salting, and sanding updates
  • Invoices, receipts, and payment reminders
  • Customer support and replies to your questions
  • Occasional promotional or seasonal offers, sent only to customers who have given express consent to receive them

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from Positano Paving by checking the text messaging consent box on our Website and other electronic platforms used by Positano Paving, or when you approve a quote or contract. By checking the box, you agree to receive text messages from Positano Paving at the mobile number you provide, as described in these Terms. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per job, per visit, or snow event.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send and receive. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Positano Paving. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your request, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@paving.ca or 705-726-0100. We process opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within 10 business days.
